About Def Leppard
Formed in 1977, Def Leppard is an English rock band that originated in Sheffield as part of the New Wave of British Heavy Metal movement. Since 1992, the band has consisted of Joe Elliott, Rick Savage, Rick Allen, Phil Collen, and Vivian Campbell. Their 1983 album, Pyromania, which contained the single “Photograph” catapulted the band into international fame. The band began selling tickets to bigger and bigger venues. In 1987, Def Leppard released Hysteria which sold over 12 million copies in the United States. Over the years, the band has released mega hits like "Love Bites", "Pour Some Sugar on Me", "Hysteria", "Armageddon It", "Animal", "Rocket", and "Women".
