Founded in 1982, They Might Be Giants (TMBG) is a alternative rock band formed by John Flansburgh and John Linnell. During TMBG's early years, Flansburgh and Linnell frequently performed as a duo, often accompanied by a drum machine. Over their career, they have found success on the modern rock and college radio charts. TMBG have released 20 studio albums. They were nominated for a 2018 Tony Award for Best Original Music for the SpongeBob SquarePants Musical.
