About Lyle Lovett
Lyle Pearce Lovett is a country singer-songwriter and actor from Houston, TX. In 1980 Lovett graduated from Texas A&M University, where he received Bachelor of Arts degrees in both German and Journalism. It was there where he met Robert Earl Keen and the two wrote the hit single, “The Front Porch Song”. Lovett has recorded thirteen albums including hit top hit, "Cowboy Man". Lovett has won four Grammy Awards, including “Best Male Country Vocal Performance” and “Best Country Album”.
