About Jason Isbell
Born in North Alabama, Jason Isbell is a Grammy Award winning singer-songwriter and guitarist. He is best known for his solo career and as a former member of the Drive-By Truckers for six years, from 2001 to 2007. Isbell attended University of Memphis and played the Grand Ole Opry when he was just 16 years with fellow bandmate Chris Tompkins.
